Return and Exchange Policy
Return & exchange policy geon kart ,We will not refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product once ordered, in case you have;
- Received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or;
- Received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us, we will arrange item(s) replacement
- Cancelled orders within 24 hours are eligible for refund amount under our Terms & Conditions.
- Cancelled orders after 24 hours are only eligible for new order with replacement of new item(s)
Replacement of item(s)
In order to get replacement of new item(s), please return the item(s) return to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within FIFTEEN (15) days should be reached to us.
Once we received your returned item(s), we will arrange the replacement item(s) within 24 hours based on availability of stock in our warehouse.
All returned item(s) are eligible for only replacement of new item(s) as per your order.
All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges, new replacement item(s) shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you.
Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Cancelations of your ordered item(s) are not accepted after 24 hours and once dispatched your ordered item(s) from our store; we will not refund your paid amount.
In case you have cancelled an order of item(s) within 24 hours, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate refund procedure for your money within 7-10 business working days.
The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
The products sold are covered under manufacturer’s warranty Return & exchange policy geon kart terms & conditions given with time period. In case you find that the product is not working properly, after you have opened the box, we will replace or exchange the product to your satisfaction, without any questions asked within Seven (7) days. The faulty product/part has to return back to us for replacement/repair. Transformers, Chargers, Cables and adaptors are not included in warranty.
At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, are properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person.
